The challenge
Euroval, Spain's largest property valuation company, operated with paper-based workflows and disparate digital tools. Their appraisers needed to collect, record and validate information in the field accurately, and the manual process generated inefficiencies, errors and delays in report delivery.
The solution
Dribba developed a Flutter app that digitises the appraiser's complete workflow: from the property inspection through to report generation. The app integrates with Euroval's internal systems to synchronise data in real time and eliminate double data entry. The interface design was optimised for field use, with forms adapted to the regulatory requirements of the sector.
Results
The digitisation of the appraisal process reduced report preparation time and eliminated transcription errors. Appraisers now have a professional tool adapted to their real working flow, which integrates transparently with Euroval's corporate systems.
Euroval is Spain's largest property valuation company. Its appraisers carry out hundreds of inspections a week, and the process of collecting field data and subsequently generating reports relied on paper forms and unintegrated digital tools, causing inefficiencies and risk of error.
Dribba built an app in Flutter that accompanies the appraiser throughout the inspection: property data capture, georeferenced photographs, completion of regulatory forms and automatic synchronisation with Euroval's internal systems. The integration with existing systems was one of the most complex aspects of the project, and was tackled with the same methodology we apply in our systems integration services.
The result is a professional tool that follows the appraiser's real workflow: no unnecessary steps, no paper, and data available in the corporate systems immediately. The reduction in processing time and the elimination of transcription errors have a direct impact on the team's productivity.
