With Dribba's Staff Augmentation you're not hiring a person but the backing of a team. If the assigned profile goes on leave, we replace them. If the project needs a specific skill that profile doesn't have, they can consult internally with the Dribba team. And you get the continuity guarantee an individual freelancer can't offer.
We can usually have a profile available in 1-2 weeks. Onboarding to the team and project takes a few additional days. In urgent cases, we can speed up the process.
We work mainly remotely, but if the team works on-site in Barcelona, we can arrange physical presence in your offices part of the week. We're also available for occasional travel to other cities for on-site sprints.
We have an adjustment period of the first 2 weeks where we assess the fit between the engineer and the team. If it doesn't work, we replace them at no additional cost. The long-term relationship matters to us more than the first sprint.
