The challenge
Rastreator is the reference insurance comparison platform in Spain and has a presence in LATAM, but its mobile app was not living up to the brand's leadership position. A technically outdated app limits the ability to innovate on product and affects the experience of millions of users. Rastreator needed a complete rebuild that would bring its app in line with its market position.
The solution
Dribba took on the complete rebuild of the app with Flutter, migrating from the previous architecture to a modern, scalable technical foundation. The work included a redesign of the user experience for the key flows — insurance comparison, purchase, policy management — and integration with Rastreator's backend systems. The new app was published on both stores for the Spanish market and LATAM markets.

With millions of potential users, its mobile app needed a thorough overhaul: both technically — a modern, maintainable architecture — and from a user experience standpoint, which needed to reflect the brand's leadership position.

The app relaunch generated significant growth metrics: increased user retention, improved ratings on the App Store and Google Play, and a higher volume of comparisons completed via the mobile channel. The new Flutter architecture also accelerated the development cycle for new features.
