Plain came to Dribba with a validated product and the need to build a solid, scalable mobile app in the shortest possible time so as not to lose market momentum. Shift management in Spanish companies still relies on manual processes — spreadsheets, WhatsApp, emails — and Plain wanted to offer the first fully automated solution.

Our approach

Dribba took the product from the design phase through to a published app, using Flutter to ensure parity between iOS and Android and accelerate the delivery cycle. The architecture was planned from the outset to support customer growth without costly refactoring, allowing Plain to scale with confidence.

Plain is a Barcelona-based startup that automates shift management for Spanish companies. When they contacted Dribba, they had validated their business model and needed a robust mobile app to enter the market without delay.

The app handles the complete shift planning cycle: creation by managers, automatic notifications to employees, confirmations and real-time changes. The architecture allows new client companies to be added without deep technical intervention, supporting Plain's commercial growth.
