The property sector in Spain is still dominated by traditional and poorly digitised processes. Simplr arrived with a strong proposition to change how properties are managed and needed a mobile app that would make that value proposition clear and differentiated from established platforms.

Our approach

Dribba developed the Simplr app in Flutter, working from the product phase to ensure that the startup's differentiating proposition was reflected in every screen and flow. The app was designed to be the primary tool for Simplr users, with functionality focused on simplifying property management.

Simplr is a proptech startup entering the Spanish property market with a differentiated value proposition: simplifying processes that have historically been slow, opaque and dependent on intermediaries. When they contacted Dribba, they needed a mobile app that made that promise tangible for their users.

Dribba developed the app in Flutter for iOS and Android, with a product design process focused on translating Simplr's distinctive proposition into concrete, understandable flows. The interface was optimised so that property processes that previously required multiple meetings and paperwork could be handled from the phone in minutes. The first months after launch confirmed that the product had traction: solid download and retention metrics, with users finding a genuine alternative to traditional processes in the app. The technical architecture built to scale from the outset enabled rapid product iterations in response to early user feedback.
