Método Lázaro had an established community and a training and nutrition methodology with proven results. The challenge was translating that methodology into a mobile app that maintained the personalisation and personal touch of the original method, enabling scale without losing quality or the product's identity.

Our approach

Dribba developed the app in Flutter with a system of customisable fitness and nutrition plans, progress tracking with motivating visualisations and community features to maintain engagement. The architecture allows the Método Lázaro team to manage and update plans for all users from a centralised administration platform.

Método Lázaro is a reference brand in the fitness and nutrition sector in Spain, with an active community of followers and a training methodology with proven results. When they decided to move into mobile, they chose Dribba to build the app.

The app was developed in Flutter for iOS and Android, with three functional pillars: personalised training plans, nutrition adapted to each user's goals and community features to maintain motivation and engagement. The app launch generated very significant download numbers from the first few days, leveraging the existing follower base. The conversion of followers into active app users was high, confirming that the product reflected the brand's value proposition faithfully.
