The problem

Freshperts wanted to create a food delivery marketplace that stood apart from the rest: rather than working with generic restaurants, the proposition was based on themed specialist kitchens, each with its own identity. The challenge was to build the entire platform from scratch — app, backend and kitchen management panel — while maintaining a coherent user experience that reflected the diversity of the concept.

Our approach

Dribba took on the complete project from the product phase: user experience design, Flutter app development for iOS and Android, backend for order and kitchen management, and the administration panel for each kitchen's operators. The architecture allows new kitchens to be added without modifying the app, giving the business model flexibility.

Freshperts is a food delivery marketplace with a differentiated proposition: rather than working with conventional restaurants, the platform brings together 7 specialist kitchens, each with its own identity and menu, within a single ordering experience. Dribba built the entire platform from scratch.

The project ran from idea to launch: product design, Flutter development for iOS and Android, order management backend and the administration panel for each kitchen. The modular architecture allows new kitchens to be added without touching the app code, giving the Freshperts team full control over business expansion. The result was a functional app, published on the App Store and Google Play, with all 7 kitchens operational from day one. The ordering process is optimised for conversion: kitchen selection, order customisation, integrated payment and real-time status tracking.
