The challenge
Building a superapp for Andorra means integrating services of very different natures — mobile payments, public transport, government procedure management, citizen services — into a coherent and easy-to-use experience. Each domain has its own flows, providers and security requirements, and everything must work for users with varying levels of digital literacy.
The solution
Dribba has been working with CityXerpa since 2016, continuously evolving the app as new services are added. The app is built and maintained in Flutter, which allows new modules to be incorporated with agility without fragmenting the user experience. The modular architecture is key to managing the complexity of a real superapp.
