CCEP Integration
We worked with the technical team of Coca-Cola for the development of a resource synchronization tool for commercial activations in Spain.
Challenge
The main goal of the collaboration between Dribba and ASSAI was to develop a real-time communication tool with Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP). The purpose was to efficiently manage the materials needed for the various Coca-Cola activations in Spain, coordinated by ASSAI. This challenge required a solution capable of handling the complexity of operations and communication among the various stakeholders involved.
Solution
To tackle this challenge, a solution involving an integration using SOAP to connect with CCEP was implemented. Additionally, GraphQL communication interfaces and a NextJS-based web panel were developed. These technologies enabled the creation of a system capable of efficiently and effectively managing each of the materials used in Assai's activations. The integration and the web panel were designed to be intuitive and accessible, ensuring a smooth management of resources.
Result
The result was a tool that not only streamlined the entire communication process between the involved parties but also increased the efficiency in campaign activation. This tool became a vital resource for notifying CCEP about any stock shortages or need for additional material, facilitating a quick and effective response in such situations. In summary, the tool has not only improved the management of campaigns but also optimized the collaboration between Dribba, ASSAI, and CCEP.
